By participating in events organized by Southern Arts & Events (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Vendor Applications
All applications are subject to review and approval. We reserve the right to select vendors based on event needs and curation goals.
Booth fees must be paid in full to confirm participation.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
Vendor fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizer.
If you cannot attend, please notify us as soon as possible.
3. Vendor Responsibilities
Vendors are responsible for their own setup, breakdown, and materials (including tables, tents, and signage, unless otherwise noted).
Vendors agree to comply with all event guidelines provided before the show.
Vendors are responsible for ensuring their products comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
4. Liability
Southern Arts & Events is not liable for theft, loss, or damage to vendor property.
Vendors participate at their own risk and must carry appropriate insurance, if required.
5. Event Changes
We reserve the right to change the date, time, or location of an event due to unforeseen circumstances (such as weather or venue restrictions).
Any changes will be communicated promptly via email or phone.
6. Attendee Conduct
Vendors and attendees are expected to behave respectfully. Harassment, disruptive behavior, or unsafe practices will not be tolerated.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
