General Guidelines

  • Vendor: Only one vendor per space. Two different businesses in a single space will not be permitted and may result in exclusion from the event.

  • Tent Spaces: Each vendor will be allocated a 10' x 10' tent space. Spaces are assigned by number. Upon check-in, vendors will receive a number corresponding to their space.

  • Set-Up Times: Set-up begins at 8:00 AM. Please do not bring items in before check-in

  • time. All areas must be ready and open for business by 10:00 a.m.

Display Requirements

  • All tables and displays must be neat and covered. Vinyl/plastic table covers or bedsheets

  • are not allowed.

  • No electricity will be provided.

  • Boxes and storage containers must be hidden from view.

  • Vendors must display professional signage for their business. Handwritten signs are not

  • allowed unless approved.

  • Products must be attractively displayed to enhance the shopping experience.

Setup and Teardown

  • Arrive at the designated time to ensure your booth is set up at least 30 minutes before

  • the event starts.

  • Tents must be properly weighted to prevent accidents. If tents are not weighted, you will

  • be asked to leave, and no refund will be given.

  • Tents must be made of flame-retardant material

  • Tents and displays can only be dismantled at the end of the event. NO ACCEPTIONS.

Event Fees

  • Application Fee: $35. Space is limited. If accepted, the final payment is due within 7

  • business days.

  • Booth Fee: (listed on application)

All fees are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

  • Vendors are prohibited from selling any items not listed on the vendor application.

Prohibitions

  • No pets allowed.

  • No alcoholic beverages are allowed.

  • No firearms or weapons allowed.

  • No smoking near tents is allowed.

  • No recorded music is allowed unless approved by the event organizer.

  • No spraying of paints or chemicals.

Safety

  • For safety reasons, non-participating children are not allowed in the sales area of the

  • event.

  • Vendors are not permitted to leave before the event ends unless otherwise stated. For

    safety reasons, cars are not allowed in the event area before the close of the event.

Trash

  • Please keep your area clean and discard trash at the end of the event. If you have large

  • boxes, please take them with you and do not discard them in the event area trash

  • containers.
